Please Note: In order for you to get our rates and the conference benefits, reservations must be made through our rooming block using one of the methods outlined here. Hotel reservations made through any other method or at any other rate, will be outside of the conference system and we will not be able to help you with any rooming issues that may come up including, but not limited to: billing issues, being charged fees other than we have negotiated, reservations being “lost”, being walked to another hotel (if the hotel sells out, conference attendees will take priority), or any other issues arising from your hotel reservation.

No one from the hotel will call you to make a reservation.  If you get a phone call from someone claiming to be with the hotel or the conference calling to help you make your reservation, this could be a scam.

Making Your Reservation: Reservations for hotel rooms should be made directly with the The Hard Rock Hotel San Diego through the link or phone number above.  The hotel is offering a preferred group room rate starting at $229.00 a night for the nights of August 18-21 and will extend this rate based on availability.  Rates are plus applicable taxes and a reduced resort fee of $10 a night (normally $40). In order to take advantage of these rates, reservations must be made no later than Wednesday, July 27, 2025 and should be made though our Group Reservations Link Here or above. Rates will be available until the cut-off date or until the room block is full/sold out. Please note that one night room and tax will be due at the time of booking.

Parking: We have negotiated a discounted valet parking fee of $45 per night for those that book inside our block. For rooms booked outside our block, valet parking will be at the prevailing rate, currently $65 per night.  The hotel has no self-parking due to space restrictions but the Valet will work with anyone driving a service vehicle to allow you to park it in the valet parking area.  There are also several self parking lots around the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, all reservations need to be cancelled no less than seven (7) days prior to arrival or one night room and tax will be charged. Reservations not cancelled within 72 hours will be charged the full price of the stay plus tax. We suggest that you get a cancellation confirmation number and note the date and time of the cancellation. If you cancel your reservation online, print the cancellation confirmation. Please make note of any additional hotel policies when making your reservation.
