While we have several Sponsorship Opportunities listed below; think of them more as ideas than a menu. Our goal is to match what we can do, with what will get you the best exposure! Have an idea? Conference Attendee Lists: Please read for opportunities that include a list of conference attendees – not all of our offerings include a list of attendees. In accordance with our privacy policies, all attendees will have the option to opt out of having their information shared.  The list of attendees that have not opted out will be provided to all sponsors whose packages include a list 72 hours after registration closes. This list will be emailed to the administrative contact that registers for your sponsorship package and will come from joe@fbinaacc.com.

Exhibit Hall: Please CLICK HERE (this link will be active once the floor plan has been finalized) to view a PDF of our Exhibit Hall. During the registration process, you will be given the option to pick your top 3 option for your booth location (for those packages that include a booth).

Diamond Sponsorship – $20,000
Our most prestigious Sponsorship Package!

Diamond Sponsorship Includes:

• • Priority booth in the Exhibit Hall
  • 4 Sponsor Attendee Passes each to include access to all Sessions, Welcome Reception, Hospitality Suite, Conference Breakfasts, Lunches, and Breaks (for each pass)
  • 4 Tickets to the Gala Dinner
  • 4 Invitations to the Past Presidents’ Dinner
  • Company Logo displayed on a Thank You signage
  • Company use of the 2025 CA Chapter Advanced Trainer logo for 12 months
  • Opportunity to speak to the delegates for up to 5 min *
  • 1 lunch sponsor for each of the divisions throughout the year (total of 4)
  • 2 Video advertisements emailed to each of our members. (Company must provide the video)

Platinum Sponsorship – $15,000

Platinum Sponsorship Includes:

• • Priority booth selection in the Exhibit Hall
  • 3 Sponsor Attendee Passes each to include access to all Sessions, Welcome Reception, Hospitality Suite, Conference Breakfasts, Lunches, and Breaks (for each pass)
  • 3 Tickets to the Gala Dinner
  • 3 Invitations to the Past Presidents’ Dinner
  • Company Logo displayed on a Thank You signage

  • Opportunity to speak to the delegates for up to 5 min *
