Registering for the conference is easy! Simply click on any of the Register Now links.

*Life Members: To take advantage of the 50% Life Members discounted pricing able, please pick registration type “Lifetime Association Member ($749.00)” and under “Coupon Code” enter your California membership number/ID.  Once your membership is verified, the price will be adjusted to reflect your discount.

What’s Included? Each Attendee Pass includes the following:

Need an invoice or a W9 for your department? During the registration process, you will be given the option to pay by check or credit card. If you pay by credit card, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. If you pick the “Pay by Check” option, you will be emailed an invoice. In either case, if your department requires a W9, please CLICK HERE to download one now.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be received in writing by the original ticketed attendee no later than 5:00 PM PST, 60-days prior to the first day of the conference (Friday, June 20, 2025). Refund request should be emailed to MSmith@StageOneEvents.com. We’re sorry, but due to the financial commitments we will make on your behalf, no refunds will be granted after the June 20, 2025 cutoff.

Gala Tickets: Our Conference Gala and Board Installation Dinner is always an event to remember! This is great event to have your guest join you for an amazing dinner. Please be sure to thank our Conference Sponsors for helping to defer a good portion of the cost of this event.

*Conference Polo’s are included with registrations completed prior to July 11, 2025.  If you registered after this date, shirts and sizes are not guaranteed.
