Like our Major Sponsorship Opportunities, our Specialty Sponsorships are all customizable to meet your needs.  Our goal is to match what we can do, with what will get you the best exposure! Conference Attendee Lists: Please read for opportunities that include a list of conference attendees – not all of our offerings include a list of attendees. In accordance with our privacy policies, all attendees will have the option to opt out of having their information shared.  The list of attendees that have not opted out will be provided to all sponsors whose packages include a list 72 hours after registration closes. This list will be emailed to the administrative contact that registers for your sponsorship package and will come from joe@fbinaacc.com.

Exhibit Hall: Please CLICK HERE (this link will be active once the floor plan has been finalized) to view a PDF of our Exhibit Hall. During the registration process, you will be given the option to pick your top 3 option for your booth location (for those packages that include a booth).

Lunch or Breakfast Sponsorship – $3,000 each
2 Breakfast & 2 Lunch Available; Wednesday & Thursday

This is a great opportunity to promote your business and to have an opportunity to speak directly to the attendees during one of our two hosted meals.

Sponsorship Includes:

• • Designated as Lunch or Breakfast Sponsor
  • Opportunity to put materials at each seat and/or decorate the tables and area*
  • Opportunity to address the delegates before your sponsored lunch or after breakfast for up to 5 minutes
  • List of all conference attendees

Hospitality Suite Sponsorship $2,500 – $4,000 (see below)

This is a unique opportunity for you to take over the hospitality suite for a night.
Our Hospitality Suite is a venue unto itself!  In the past we’ve had pool tables, dart boards, poker, snacks, specialty whiskey, cigars, and so much more!  It’s the place to be after dark and one of the best networking opportunities we offer!  Don’t wait too long on this one! Please call for availability and specifics on this unique opportunity.

Pricing
   Tuesday Night after the Exhibitor Welcome Reception – $3,000
   Wednesday Night – $4,000
   Tuesday Night after the Gala.  This is our highest attended night – $5,000

Please Note: This is a unique opportunity.  If you are interested, please contact Michelle or Craig to discuss what it entails.  Pricing does not include the cost of food and drinks.  You can either order what you would like directly through the hotel, or ask us and we will give you a price inclusive of food and drinks.

Conference Badge Sponsorship – $2,500

As one of our past sponsors told us, “there’s nothing like seeing your clients and competitors walking around with your company logo around their neck!” Every FBINAA Conference attendee, sponsor and exhibitor is required to wear a name badge during conference functions and in the Exhibit Hall. Display your company info on a 3.5” x 2.5” space above the attendee’s name – the perfect tools to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to your booth at the event!
