Need an invoice or a W9 for your department? During the registration process, you will be given the option to pay by check or credit card. If you pay by credit card, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. If you pick the “Pay by Check” option, you will be emailed an invoice. In either case, if your department requires a W9, please CLICK HERE to download one now.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be received in writing by the original ticketed attendee no later than 60-days prior to the first day of the conference (February 23, 2024). Refund request should be emailed to michelle@fbinaacc.com. We’re sorry, but due to the financial commitments we will make on your behalf, no refunds will be granted after the February 23, 2024 cutoff.

Gala Tickets: Our Conference Gala and Board Installation Dinner is always an event to remember! This is great event to have your guest join you for an amazing dinner. Please be sure to thank our Conference Sponsors for helping to defer a good portion of the cost of this event.

*Conference Polo’s are included with registrations completed prior to March 24, 2024.  If you registered after this date, shirts and sizes are not gauranteed.
