Please Note: Both the hotel and the Conference Center are new properties.  Much of the information below may say some form of “coming soon”, this is due to the fact that we will be one of the first conferences at both properties and we will be helping to develop much of this info.  As soon as we have it, we will share it here.

Booth Assignments & Floor Plan

The Exhibit Hall Floor Plan has been finalized and one of our team will be reaching out to you shortly.  You can view the floor plan by using the link above.  We will email each registered Exhibitor and/or Sponsor to get your 1st – 5th option for booth assignments.  We will reach out to all Sponsors and Exhibitors and assign booths in order of registration (a registration will be considered final when paperwork and payment have been received). Exhibit space assignments will be based on a first-come, first served basis, based on the receipt of completed application & full payment and will be assigned in the following order:

      • Diamond Sponsors
      • Platinum Sponsors
      • Gold Sponsors
      • Silver Sponsors
      • Specialty Sponsors with Booth/Tabletop
      • Exhibitors (Booth & Tabletop) based on registration date

Exhibitor Notes: All exhibitor materials & equipment must be contained within the exhibit space and must be free standing (nothing can hang from pipe, drape or venue walls).

Packages and Shipping
If you are planning to ship anything to the conference, please read this information carefully and follow the all guidelines for receiving packages at the center and/or sending packages home.

We recommend that you send all packages for delivery with signature and that you track and confirm delivery of all packages before your onsite representative starts to look for them. Send each packing with it’s own tracking number – do not use one tracking number and mark the packages “1 of 4” – this makes it very hard to find the packages onsite. Please be sure that your onsite representative has a list of all tracking numbers; if we’re asked to help track down a package, the first question we’re going to ask is if delivery has been confirmed and for the tracking numbers.  Without this information, we can not help your onsite representatives. 

Shipping Dates: Please do not ship packages for arrival any sooner than Friday, April 19th.  Packages that arrive before the 19th may be sent back.

Shipping Carriers & Return Shipping: Tahoe Blue Center will only receive shipments from UPS and FedEx.  If you are shipping by any other means (USPS, DHL, etc), you will need to have them shipped to an alternate location and bring them to the center.  We recommend that you have all of your return shipping forms prefilled out with everything you need to send your packages back.  Again, the center only works with UPS and FedEx so if you plan to ship by any other means, you will need to carry your packages out of the center and drop them with your shipper.

Important: Be sure that your company name is on all packages and if you know your booth number, we suggest adding it to the shipment – this information does not need to be part of the shipping label.

Please Note: neither the FBINAA nor the show management has any control over shipping and receiving of packages. We suggest that you keep all tracking numbers and, when requesting a package, first confirm that it was delivered, get the name of the person that signed for it and be ready to supply the tracking number. When sending a package, keep a copy of any forms you supply to the hotel and get a receipt for any packages you hand-off to the hotel.

Exhibitor Agenda with Set-up and Tear-down All Times are Tentative
The Exhibit Hall will be unlocked on Tuesday from 1:00 – 5:00 PM, Wednesday from 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM and on Thursday from 7:00 AM – 1:35 PM. During these hours, the Exhibit Hall will unlocked and unguarded. Once the room is locked for evening, the Exhibit Hall be inaccessible to attendees and exhibit staff but will NOT be guarded. Please do not leave valuables unattended in the Exhibit Hall at anytime.

Booth Power and Extras
We will have order forms for power for booth and any extras that we are able to offer shortly after January 1, 2024.  We will will send out an email once this information is available or you can plan to check here for updates.
